PUTRAJAYA, Dec 3 -- The Energy and Natural Resources Ministry is preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mining non-radioactive rare earth elements (NR-REE) to ensure sustainable mining, said Minister Datuk Dr Shamsul Anuar Nasarah.
