KEMAMAN -- Juru pendawaian elektrik (chargemen) Epic Solar Sdn Bhd, Zainuddin Salleh melakukan pemeriksaan pada panel solar di Loji Janakuasa Tenaga Solar Berkapasiti 18.5 MW Teluk Kalong. Loji jana kuasa solar diselia oleh EPIC Solar Sdn Bhd iaitu syarikat usaha sama antara EPIC Bhd dengan MIE Industrial Sdn Bhd, mula beroperasi pada Mac lalu di kawasan seluas 70 ekar dengan kos berjumlah RM86 juta. Loji berskala besar ini dijangka akan memberi manfaat kepada sistem bekalan elektrik yang dijana dari sumber yang mesra alam. Bekalan elektrik ini juga dapat digunapakai oleh industri di sekitar negeri ini dan masyarakat.
KOTA KINABALU -- Projek Penjanaan Tenaga Solar Berkapasiti 2 Megawatt (MW) di Lausan mula beroperasi turut menyumbang tenaga menepati pelbagai keperluan pembangunan pesat di daerah Kudat.
PENGERANG -- Pengerang Refining and Petrochemical (PRefChem) today achieved a significant milestone when it commenced the start-up of its refinery with the firing up of the Complexs Crude Distillation Unit (CDU). With a refining capacity of 300,000 barrels of crude per day, the PRefChem refinery will produce a range of refined petroleum products, including gasoline and diesel upon completion, which will also meet Euro 5 fuel specifications. The refinery will provide feedstock for the integrated petrochemicals complex which has the capacity to produce 3.3 million tonnes per annum.
