Serba Dinamik IT Solutions seeks to extend cashless parking payment solutions

KUALA LUMPUR, July 18 (Bernama) --  Serba Dinamik  IT Solutions Sdn Bhd plans to extend its cashless payment solutions to an additional 20 new parking facilities in the Klang Valley by year-end from the more than 25 it currently services in cooperation with the operators.  

Chief technology officer Kalaikovan Antony said the existing parking facilities have been utilising the cashless payment solutions developed by the company, particular QwikPay, for over a year. 

“They use QwikPay designed by us. We also provide card tickets with QR codes, so people can scan and make payments via e-wallets.  The software and hardware is designed by us," he added. 

Kalaikovan told Bernama on the sidelines of the Beyond Paradigm Summit here today that the company was also looking to take its cashless payment solutions into the Indonesian market.  

"We are moving back to Indonesia and trying to customise our apps according to the market there and also moving into India and Qatar. 

"These are other portfolios that we want to look into, especially the parking apps, we plan to bring in.

“The company is looking to enter the Qatar market in two to three months time and acquire parking sites in the country. We are selling our equipment in Qatar as well," he added.  

The two-day Beyond Paradigm Summit which ended today was themed, “Creating Distinctive Digital Solutions”. 

 Serba Dinamik  was the main organiser of the summit, with the Malaysian Investment Development Authority as co-organiser.
