Serba Dinamik international secures projects worth RM448.09 million
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 12 (Bernama) -- Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s unit, Serba Dinamik International Ltd, has secured three operations and maintenance contracts totalling RM448.09 million.
Serba Dinamik Holdings said another unit, Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd, secured six projects comprising one engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning contracts (EPCC), two O&M and EPCC contracts and three O&M contracts.
“These contracts have no specific values as they are on a ‘call-out’ basis where the work orders will be awarded at the discretion of the clients based on its activities schedules and rates throughout the duration of the contracts,” it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
Serba Dinamik Holdings, a provider of engineering solutions to oil and gas, and power generation industries, said the contracts were expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2019.
